Henri Lebasque (1865-1937) was a French painter, born in Champigné (Maine-et-Loire) and died in Le Cannet. In a bright, colorful touch he painted family scenes, gardens and riverbanks, in Brittany (Pont-Aven), along the Marne and then in the South of France, at Saint-Tropez and Le Cannet. He is linked to Post-Impressionism.
